That’s the problem, like Bull Dog says. How would you ever hope to measure small changes in fuel mileage accurately? And 1 mile per gallon is not a small change to the engineers that design the cars I’m sure. If you had 5 or 6 things that improved the mileage that much, you would have a significant improvement.
